Welcome to Tire Trained Online!

Tire Trained Online gives you the opportunity to get the Tire Trained experience from ANYWHERE!

With Tire Trained Online you can get access to TWO options: 

Tire Trained Online Classes


Tire Trained STRENGTH

With Tire Trained Online Classes you get access to the 'Online Classes' tab with a library of follow-along Tire Trained classes that can be done from home!  There will be 1-2 new workouts uploaded each week.  The workouts will include either Full Body or Glute Camp.

Tire Trained STRENGTH is a monthly subscription that provides a heavy strength training companion to your Tire Trained HIIT classes.  Tire Trained STRENGTH offers 5 NEW progressive overload strength training workouts each week.  Your weekly program is available each Sunday night by 8:00pm.  Unlike the online classes, there will be a new week of strength workouts and the previous week will be replaced.

*Tire Trained Online is a completely separate service from in-person classes & memberships.

What do I need to get started?

Tire Trained Online Classes:

All you need to get started is YOUR BODY and a positive and willing attitude to MOVE.  

To optimize your workouts, we do recommend having a booty band for Glute Camp workouts and a light set of dumbbells (5-10 lbs).  You can purchase a Tire Trained Booty Band on our website.  You can arrange to have your band shipped to you or you can arrange in-person pickup!

If you do not have dumbbells, no worries!  Most workouts do not need them except to add extra weight to make exercises more challenging.  For workouts that use dumbbells, you can absolutely use household items like water bottles, soup cans, etc.  NO EXCUSES!  

Tire Trained STRENGTH:

Tire Trained STRENGTH is a gym-based program.  You will need access to gym equipment.  Please click the TT STRENGTH tab and learn more about the equipment you will need.
