IN-PERSON CLASSES

We offer a comprehensive variety of classes at Tire Trained with each day having a different focus.  You may attend a single session class without commitment for $15 (+tax) or you may purchase a package.  All Tire Trained classes are equally beneficial for members of all fitness levels.  You can start with whichever class sounds like the best option based on your preference.  

 

The schedule can be viewed at the 'Book Now' link below.  We allow booking 5 days out at a time.  When booking a workout PLEASE be sure you can commit to that time slot and you are not place holding slots. Please review the Policies & Expectations page as before you book a your session.

At a 'Move It Monday' session you will experience a total body hybrid training workout.  You may engage in strength training, HIIT cardio, functional training (tires, ropes, sledgehammers, etc.), core work and/or a combination of all of the above!

HYBRID {PUSH} is held every Tuesday.  It is a hybrid training workout incorporating both strength & high intensity fat-burning exercises.  The strength exercises offered in this workout focus on the "push" muscle groups.  These include chest, triceps, quad-based leg exercises, shoulders, & upper abdominal focus. This is the perfect combination to build muscle & burn fat!

 Glute Camp is held every Wednesday.  It is a workout solely focused on working the {you guessed it} GLUTES!  Strong & sculpted glutes not only look great but they can also help to protect the back when engaging in physical activity like the workouts executed at Tire Trained.

   HYBRID {PULL} is held every Thursday. It is a hybrid training workout incorporating both strength & high intensity fat-burning exercises.  The strength exercises offered in this workout focus on the "pull" muscle groups.  These include back, biceps, hamstrings, shoulders, & lower abdominal focus. This is the perfect combination to build muscle & burn fat! 

  At a 'Full Body Friday' session you will experience a total body hybrid training workout.  You may engage in strength training, HIIT cardio, functional training (tires, ropes, sledgehammers, etc.), core work and/or a combination of all of the above! 

Butts & Guts is held every Saturday.  It is a class all about GLUTES & ABS! This workout offers both exercises for the glutes & abdominals. Building strong glutes and a strong core will help to build a foundation to protect your back while engaging in the challenging movements involved in a regular Tire Trained fitness regimen.
