POLICIES & EXPECTATIONS​

Before you sign up for a Tire Trained workout, PLEASE read and familiarize yourself with the Policies & Expectations below:
NO SHOW POLICY
- If you have an unlimited membership, you are allowed THREE (3) no-shows per quarter. Quarters are January-March, April-June, July-September, & October-December. Any member account with no-shows beyond THREE within that 90-day period will be charged $16.05 (class fee + tax) per session with “no-show” status starting with the fourth one in a quarter.
- Non-members (aka single session attendees) will be charged $16.05 (session fee + tax) for any and all no-shows.
- Package holders will also have one visit deducted from their package for a no show occurrence -OR- they will be charged $16.05 (session fee + tax) if they do not have any visits remaining on their package.
- Single session attendees and package holders do not get the 3 no-show allowance.

- You must have a valid card on file. If your card is declined and is not updated in a timely manner, we reserve the right to refuse service to you until the card on file is valid.
LATE ARRIVAL
- You must arrive to class on time. It is not safe for you as a participant and it is a distraction to the rest of the group to show up late to class. Late arrival results in missed warmup and demonstration. If you arrive after demonstration begins, the door will be locked, you will not be allowed to join class, and you will be marked a "No-Show".
CHECK-IN
- All members must check in for class on the Vagaro app. If you are not checked in, you will be marked as a "No-Show". This is non-negotiable and there are no exceptions. If you do not know how to do this, please ask your coach before class. If you do not have your phone with you, please tell your coach that you are present and ask them to check you in.
INTENTIONAL BOOKING POLICY
- We allow cancellation of sessions up to 10 HOURS prior to your class time. If you do not cancel prior to that and you do not show up to your workout, you will be marked as a no-show and your account will be marked and charged accordingly - no questions asked and no explanation needed.
- It is a black and white policy. It is not personal. It is plain & simple - if you do not follow the cancellation procedure and you do not show up, you are counted as a no show.
- Please do not reach out to coaches personally if you will not make it to your workout. We do not need to intervene in your personal business and we strive to maintain professional boundaries with our clients. All we need from you is for you to follow the proper procedure for cancelling your session.
- We understand that life happens and that is why we allow members THREE no shows in a 90-day period for members before the account is charged.
- Our clientele at Tire Trained is full of committed and dedicated people. People who want to be here and thrive with their fitness regimen, and therefore, thrive in LIFE. We need to be sure we are honoring the strong mentality of our tribe by avoiding the abandonment of workout slots. We love each and every one of you and have high expectations so that you can be your best self. We will not let you slack. We will hold you accountable. Most importantly, we will be here for you!

MEMBERSHIP & AUTO-RENEWAL
- We do not cancel, suspend, pause, freeze, or provide refunds for any memberships or packages at Tire Trained under any circumstance. You can, however, request to have the auto-renewal turned off for your membership or package.
NOTE: If you purchased a long-term membership on a special, it will be auto-renewed on a monthly basis when the long-term membership period expires. A long-term membership comes with the risk of the occurrence of an unforeseen extended absence (e.g. injury, vacation, etc.). The same policies apply to long-term membership terms - we do not cancel, suspend, pause, freeze, or provide refunds for any memberships or packages at Tire Trained under any circumstance.
If you need to turn off the auto-renewal on your Tire Trained membership and/or package, YOU NEED TO CONTACT US DIRECTLY. There is no option for you to do this within your account nor can you contact Vagaro to do so. Please either email us at info@tiretrained.com or reach out via Facebook messenger at the Tire Trained Facebook business page with your request.
You MUST reach out with your cancellation request at least 24 hours prior to your membership renewal date to avoid unwanted renewal of your membership/package. These requests are only processed on business days (Monday-Friday).
