Online Subscriptions
You will maintain access to your 'Members Only' pages as long as you are
subscribed. Your account allows you to access to the pages you subscribe to only and is tied to a subscription which includes recurring payments.
By signing up for any of the Tire Trained online subscriptions, you are authorizing a recurring charge to your account on a monthly basis. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel within 24 hours of your renewal date.

Tire Trained Online subscriptions ONLY includes online access to the services listed above. It does not include in-person classes or in-person services. If you would like to sign up in-person classes or services, please visit http://vagaro.com/tiretrained or reach out to us at info@tiretrained.com.
Cancelling Tire Trained Online:
If you decide to leave the Tire Trained Online tribe, please email info@tiretrained.com at least 24 hours prior to when your membership is set to renew.

All sales are final once charged. Tire Trained has a strict NO REFUND/NO RETURN policy.
Purchases are non-transferable.

Tire Trained Online is designed to be used independently at your own pace. By agreeing to participate you assume any risks involved with engaging in a fitness regimen. Tire Trained LLC is not responsible for injuries or illness that may occur while engaging in Tire Trained Online classes. Please consult with a physician before engaging in this or any health & fitness regimen.

Tire Trained Online Classes:
As long as you are subscribed, you will have access to the
'Members Only' page with 1-2 new classes per week + access to
the full library of online class videos. Tire Trained Online classes
include Glute Camp and Full Body options.

Tire Trained STRENGTH:
As long as you are subscribed, you will have access to the
'Members Only' page with a NEW 5-day progressive overload strength
training program each week.. This is a program that you will execute
on your own in a gym setting. The program will refresh weekly.
Programs from previous weeks will not be saved. If you want to save them, you must do so on your own.

Tire Trained Nutrition:
As long as you are subscribed, you will have access to the 'Members Only' page with 2 NEW macro-friendly recipes per week, a new sample menu plan every week, and macro-based nutrition tips.
