Tire Trained Online Classes gives you the opportunity to get the Tire Trained experience from ANYWHERE!
With Tire Trained Online Classes you get access to the Online Class Library with a library of ON DEMAND follow-along Tire Trained classes that can be done from home! There will be 1-2 new workouts uploaded each week. The workouts will include either Full Body or Glute Camp.
*Tire Trained Online Classes is a completely separate service from in-person classes & memberships.
What do I need to get started?
All you need to get started is YOUR BODY and a positive and willing attitude to MOVE.
To optimize your workouts, we recommend the following equipment:
A bench or aerobic step -or- a semi tire
Booty Band (you can purchase under the SHOP tab)
Set of dumbbells (5-10 pounds)
If you do not have dumbbells, no worries! Most workouts
do not need them except to add extra weight to make
exercises more challenging. For workouts that use dumbbells, you can absolutely use household items like water bottles, soup cans, etc. NO EXCUSES!
